Error code 0xc0000428

My laptop came up with an error code 0xc0000428 after configuring. I then rebooted, as advised, and it's almost back to normal, except it deleted My Itunes ( although I still have the music files), My google chrome, My AVG, and all Microsoft Office ( word,
excel, powerpoint). Shall I just re download them? Super confused?
