i tried to update my windows 7 laptop after 180 days , this error shows and i cannot install any updates ,although it reads that some updates were not installed. i cannot find the BITS{background intelligent transfer service} in the services part of administrative
tools. the fixit reads repair of windows update components is required but fixit can detect it but can NOT FIX it.
