I am getting the above message when trying to install NC tax return program from H&R Block . This problem occurs each time I try to install the program. Have tried the fixit suggetions, the office fixit suggestions the shell fixit suggestions. I have
used all of the know solutions including firewall turn-offs, safe mode installs, admin installs, etc
Has anybody found a solution?? This problem appears to have been around since at least 1999. The Block insists its a Microsoft problem.
