Error 1068

After spending 2 hours with Norton fixing one problem I then found I can't print due to "print spooler service is not running". Norton Cannot help further on this one and the M/Soft Fix It hasn't done so. Have followed their manual instruction but it
comes up with Error 1068 "Dependency service or group failed to start". Any ideas please?AnnetteYB
