Error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 in ASUS K46CM

i have received this error before the message getting devices ready.

500GB of hdd

24GB of sdd

HDMI

sonic master

HD SCREEN

HD CAMERA.




please give me a soulution i am looking forward to install windows 8.1
