The setup:

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Microsoft Office 2013 Standard

Update mentioned in KB2757817 has been installed.

KMS service installed and the corresponding key for MS Office 2013 entered. The service itself works fine from external computers:

'servername' is the same used by external instalaltions of MS Office 2013 that contacted the KMS service successfully. The host name used resolves correctly, firewall is open for KMS service' port(s).

How do I handle this situation? Reinstalling MS Office didn't help. If it's important, 25-days test period has ended.

No entries are present in Application Event log referring to the above error.
