for about two weeks now, my computer constantly pops up this error, every 15 minutes or so: mediadev.exe - entry point not found. The procedure entry point QueryFullProcessImageNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
I have no idea what mediadev.exe is. probably something my kid installed without permission. can't find it on the computer. tried system restore, but it won't restore, not matter what date i choose. how do i get rid of this error?
