Encrypted file locked in folder - unable to access.

A file I encrypted with Truecrypt mysteriously was moved to a different folder on the same drive. The folder is named '755d3851e9b156252c7f93106a7e' and I can not modify the permissions to move the encrypted back. This seems to have happened just prior
to a major update from MS. Thanks for assistance.
