I am desperate to get back my emails and and contact list . Since changing to outlook everything has disappeared. I have had them come back a couple of times when my profile showed hotmail.com and outlook.com, when opening hotmail they appeared. I am an elderly person and do not understand all this computer jargon that has been sent. I just want something in plain English I can understand. I find Outlook nowhere near as good as when I used hotmail.
