I have windows 7. When I try ro switch it off using the menu, the screen goes black with a white cursor and I have to restart everything using the plug.It starts up again in safe mode but then I have to restart it again to get it to work.
Tengo windows 7. Cuando doy a apagar en el menu de inicio el ordenador se bloquea quedando la pantalla negra con un cursor blanco. Luego tengo que apagarlo con el enchufe y reiniciarlo.
