Easy way to tell people to invite me to a remote assistance sessio

I love remote assistance, but it seems like everytime I try and use it to
help somebody it takes me 30 - 45 min just to get them to find where they can
invite me. If they're using Windows Messenger it's hardly ever the same
version so it doesn't work. For instance, I've got the standard messenger
that comes with XP. I'm chatting with somebody right now over it and I told
them to click on the ask for remote assistance link which they do...but then
I end up with a message on mine saying I don't have Remote Assistance
installed so it can't work. But...I do because I use it a lot.

So then I tell the guy Ok go into Help and Support and on the right side at
the top should be a link for it. Well he's using a new HP and of course
they've changed the way his help and support layout looks so he can't find
it. So then I tell him to search for Remote Assistance (which comes up #1
find for me) but he says he can't find it that way either.

So now I've wasted all this time with something I could fix for him in about
5 min. What's the quickest and easiest way to get somebody to send me an RA
invitation?

It's likely that HP has disabled RA completely, but the way to open RA help
is to go to start/run, and type:
HH MS-ITS:%windir%\Help\remasst.chm::/ra_novice_overview.htm
