e-mail tab on menu bar

I have a new puter and I miss my old mail tab on the menu bar. I know I can
have in on Live tool bar, but don't want it. I am running XP. Thank you......

Assuming IE7...

The Mail button no longer appears on the toolbar, and there are changes in
the way that you access mail-related functionalities in IE7
