How can i copy from my E:/driver to my c:/ drive ."Like files that i have
save in a cd"

Just the same as you would copy files from anywhere else....
 
unless there is something unusual going on with your machine, you just
hilight the files you want to copy, right click, hold, and drag them to the
new destination.
you should get a popup menu to move, copy, etc.

Put the CD or DVD in the drive and copy the files to the location of
your choice.

Yes, but you should also remember that they will be read-only, unless you
change that attribute.
