I purchased your DRW-22B2S from Tiger Direct. I found it would not play DVD's using my Windows Media player. I bought a plug-in from Corel (DVDX pack), it reads the DVD for about 10 seconds then the system freezes. I am using a Dell 3000 with Windows XP. I have Windows service pack 3, Pentium 4 CPU 280 GHz. I have an upgraded memorey of 2G and a NVIDIA video card 8400GS. Is there a product that will allow me to use my Windows Media player?Do I need a new video player? What do you suggest that is compatable with the ASUS DVD Player(DRW-22B2S) and my PC? Are the Nero products able to solve this problem? Do you have a solution that will remedy this problem?Thank You .
