Duplicated web pages & End Now CC Alert on shut down

I am using XP Home Edition with Norton 360 and am having a problem with
duplicated web pages - the initial connection to my ISP home page now takes
up to 40 seconds with only a white screen showing and on every site and page
change, the page opens very briefly before being superimposed by a duplicate
- on shut down, on probably 90% of occasions, I get "Ending Program CC Alert"
before the final shut down. The speed has reduced.

Hi David,
Do you have this program installed:

Or a CCTV camera on that computer?.
Scan for malware and viruses, also look in the event viewer for error
messages.
