I recently activated my microsoft office and student 2010. and checked for updates at that time it was part of the activation after activating this product windows update is saying i have 28 important updates. One of the update numbers caught my eye and
I thought I had seen the update already installed on my control panel. So I went to control panel and viewed all updates and I noticed there are duplicates updates already on my updates for various programs such as windows 7 updates office updates etc. I am

of all the junk they pre loaded my computer with. I have a support contract with Dell but usually I have to let them take control of my screen to "fix" anything and long story short I just want to be able to take care of these things myself. Not the best computer
skills but I had an incident with Dell don't want to get into it but really do not want them Taking over my screen again. So very sorry this is such a long post. Like I said I am not very computer savy and I am a senior citizen my friends have told me that
it is easy to uninstall things but there is alot of stuff pre loaded on this computer and I don't want to make it worse. Thanking you all in advance for any and all help you can give me. Thank you so very much I truly appreciate your support.
