DreamScene video vid7999.mpg

Anyone noticed that the DreamScene video vid7999.mpg (leaves blowing in the
wind) has a considerable big spot near the center of the screen that is
frozen at all times and the tree moves but not the leaves. I downloaded the
package several times but no change it must be the video itself. Anyone?
 
Nobody noticed, apparantly.
