I got a DPC error and now my toshiba lap top keeps flipping between the desk top screen and the windows home screen. I can not get get to my settings because every time it flips it takes away the pop up menu to get to my settings. It was doing it slower so I was able to down load all the up dates but now it flips so fast I can not do anything with the computer at all. I can only log in and then it starts the flipping process.
