Double-click brings up Search, not Open

Clicking Start/My Computer then double-click C: brings up Search, not Open.
Right-click shows Search as default.
How can I change it back to Open?

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 /i shell32

If that doesn't correct the issue (and it should) use this automated edit:
