Windows 2008 Domain Login issue only with widows 7

On only the Windows 7 Machines the Administrator User id comes up with invalid user id or password. I have tried to change the password but it still doesn't work. You can login with the XP machines with the Administrator no problem. Any suggestions? the sever is windows Server 2008 not 2000

Do you have remotes settings on the Windows 7 machine set to use secure connection only?

no I don't, would that have an effect logging in to the active domain controller with only one user? It is the built in user Administrator that I'm unable to login with.

Yes. If you have only allow secure connections set on the Windows 7 box then you will not be able to login unless you use secure connections only on the server.
