Do I need any file with amd64 if I a running WinXP pro, 32bit

Just wanted to know if any amd64 file in the following folders:
C:18e63941d6361e455a
C:WINDOWSsystem32spoolXPSEP
C:WINDOWSsystem32spoolXPSEPamd64
can be deleted since I have 32bit, xp pro, on a Dell Dimension 3000.
as far as I know I do not have anything 64bit.
