I am looking for a good software disk clone program that will completely copy
ALL data and operating system including boot capability for Win XP. Any
Ideas?

Acronis True Image works for me

I use Acronis True Image and GetDataBack from NTFS/DOS.

Both products are good, depending on what exactly you need.

The manufacturer of your disk drive should have a clone program. Free.

Just a warning, if you have similar hardware. Mine is the early/first with
SATA I. They map as ide at the bios level, period. No direct SATA use.
All the free cloning software including Seagate's Acronis TrueImage botch
the job. I have 2 identical Seagate 250GB SATA IIs jumpered for SATA I use.
The Seagate software also botches the original XP. After cloning, the
original hard drive with XP has the typical hal.dll not found message at
boot time.
