Disable Start Menu Button Tooltip "click here to begin"

Is there a registry entry that disables the Start Menu Button Tooltip "click
here to begin"?
 
Not that I know of....but on line 111 (right hand side) you can change the
name of the start button - will clear after a reboot. Just for fun!

I know some small features can irritate then hell out of some people, but
until you mentioned it, I hadn't really noticed that tooltip at all.
