Difference between Flexible Block Groups and Meta Block Groups

Hello Everyone,

I am developing application to restore file from disk image having ext4 file system.

I went through the structure of Ext4 file system in detail.

I want to know what is the exact difference between Flexible block group and Meta block groups.

Its seems same to me by reading ext4 documentation.

Kindly help me to clear my confusion on same.
