I just bought a brand new HP computer with windows 8.1. Every time I leave my computer idle for a few minutes, the desktop screen locks up my icons. The icons disappear, but I can see open icons in the bar below. However, the computer won't let me access them. The only way I can get them back and gain access to my computer is to restart the computer. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?
