Dell Latitude C840 & Dell TrueMobile 1150 Wireless Adapter

Greetings,

Does anybody know of a driver software for Dell TrueMobile 1150 Series Mini PCI Card for Windows Server 2008? In my case it's inside a Dell Latitude C840 Laptop. I installed some XP and Vista versions, but they didn't work out... The Lan activity led flashes every once in awhile, as if it were trying to scan networks, and Device Manager shows the Ethernet Controller (3Com 3C920) and the Wireless Card, but no wireless networks can be found, so I guess it's because of the driver version. Thanks.
 
Do you have Wireless LAN Service installed?

Until you install that service you'll get no wireless connections. Use server manager and add new feature wizard to install the service.
 
I have been looking for two days for the solution to this problem and that was it. Thank you very much. The proverbial needle in the hay stack
