delfolders.exe error message

I do not have a Dell personal computer; however I am receiving the error message that Delfolders.exe is missing from "c:/windows/system32/INF/Delfolders.exe". I cannot find Dell QuickSet as stated in one answer for fixing this problem. There are no Dell files, commands, or folders on this personal computer. So, why do I receive this error message, and how do I fix it? In other words, I want to remove the error message from my personal computer.
