I would like to delete the "reserve.tmp" folder in WinSxs. It was created when we got the update to prepare for W8.1 last year. It was supposed to disappear after awhile, but it remains to this day. This is 3gb of space crowding a small SSD. Is it safe to delete? I am not updating to 8.1 (please don't try to convince me).
