All browsers I ever tried always have the equlivant of a flashing neon sign
saying 'click HERE to set me as default". The trick is keeping it set that
way. Windows has an app to do that. Set Program Access and Defaults" is on
the start menu/All Programs/(at the top) You want the 'custom' and
'non-microsoft' areas available with the double arrow buttons.
