Dd Entry 1 in GDI32.dll ?

I keep getting "Dd Entry 1 in GDI32.dll" when I try to install a game. I've updated all my drivers because it also gives me a message about that, repeatedly. I know I have the requirements because I had the same game on here before. Now what?
