Custom Windows 8 Themes not working

So, i'm trying to get a custom theme, but only the wallpaper shows, none of the custom features, like the custom way the folders look, the Exit Minimize, and other button (Forgot name) are custom, but only the wallpaper, will show! I have Ultra UX Theme patcher, i'm placing the files you are supposed to be placing, here is a screenshot: http://imgur.com/vRLAuNf
