Hi
Noob here so sorry if I miss important details. I suddenly seem to be unable to use ctrl-click or shift-click to select multiple items. I can do ctrl-A to select all, and I can press shift + down arrow to select just not using the mouse. This is on a work computer so I have very few administrative rights. We use Windows Server 2008 R2 and office 2010 and access it through a citrix application. Any ideas what setting I have somehow turned on or off without meaning to?
