Cryptoki server error message upon boot-up in Win XP Professional

This PC has Windows XP Professional and is used in a business environment. When the pc starts up, an error box titled AX Monitor pops up with the following dialog message inside:

Could not open a session with Cryptoki server

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get rid of this?
