Cryptographic service

Can anyone tell me how to get the Cryptographic Services back?

It does not show up under services at all.

We have run sfc /scannow and it did not help.
We re-registered all the dll files for the service and this did not help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

running windows XP Pro

cryptographic service error and how to fix it!: Go to start/run, and type:
http://www.updatexp.com/cryptographic-service.html
(rename the folder in Safe Mode) You can also use a VB script here>

Thanks Mark

However what if the cryptographic files some how were missing?
What files need to be extracted from the oem CD to get everything back.
