Critical Windows Updates

Belarc is telling me I have Critical and Important windows updates, all starting with the letter &quotQ&quot. I go to windows updates but it doesn't allow me to update. I go to update history and it shows my last update in December 2012. Some of these new updates
are in 2013. How do I download these updates?
