Windows 2003 Critical Issue Broken delegated domain

I have over 100 errors but so far everything is working but glitches.
I have DNS errors, NTDS erros , Kerbos erros and the one below is I want to
find out how to resolve. Please Please help before my enviroment stop
functioning.
