creating fat partition in a flash of size <= 3 mb..

Hi,

I have a flash of size 3 mb...How can i implement a FAT partition in
it...

This flash can work as a usb mass storage device...

Insert it into the computer. Wait until Windows has detected it and
assigned it a drive letter. Then open My Computer, locate the flash
memory drive, right-click on it and choose format. You should be
given a choice of formatting options.
