Create a CD File type?

Hi, I was wondering how i can make a cd file type such as .iso etc. I'm a game developer as well as a computer guy so thinking off mixing the 2 together, I want to make a custom console. Possibly PC Based and large selections of games on CD's I need to make a file type to stop unwanted pirates. Any idea of doing this? Or even a CD format file type?
