CRASH DUMP WHEN INSTALLING UPDATES

It's been a while that I try to install my updates and it is going through the whole process until it must install the updates, then my laptop gives me a crash dump with the blue screen. I've purchased RegCure Pro, but it still cannot fix the problem.
Please help!!!
