CPU getting sucked by a certon process help me please!!!

For some reason this process " KAVSVC.EXE " is sucking and average of
75-94% of my total CPU and i don't know what it is and i cant terminate it .
a little info on it or what it is would be nice thanks.

Another question Does any one know a great Full computer defender that is
totally free and isn't like 5gbs ? and doesn't suck CPU. i have this
defender " DEFENDER PRO 5-in-1 2007 and it seems to miss a lot of spyware
and such because my computer has never ran this slow EVER and i have been
trying to deal with it for like 1 month but its pissing me off thanks for
your help and interest in semi noobs at computers
