Upon login to a Win2003 Terminal Server User Environment message
appears..."Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of
this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile."
Event Viewer Application log returns errors Event ID 1508, 1502, 1515,1511.
TermSrv has 2GB RAM, Swap file C:=72MB + Z:= 3070MB / Total = 3142MB. C:=20GB
(13GB free) Symantec A/V Client 10.1.0.394 on TermSrv. Network has SBS2003
main server and WinXPpro workstations. Problem is recent occurance after
running fine for several months. Need to know how to fix and/or delete
corrupt user profile and then rebuild profile.

You can try the steps mentioned in - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812339.
