Controls on Guest Account

Is it possible to block access to my external hard drive to a user on the
Guest account? The drive is USB. I use it for backup and want to keep that
secure.

I should include that I'm using Vista Home Premium sp1.

If the USB drive is formatted as NTFS, yes. Just set the properties,
Security tab and remove the guest account.

The guest account shouldn't be enabled. Its purpose is NOT for casual users
to use your machine.
