Windows NT Controlling Office Suite Licenses thru TS

The same way you keep track of them on workstations. AFAIK, it isn't based
on simultaneous usage.

Thanks for the info but it still does not help me. Maybe I am not asking the
question correctly. I will try again. Through TS, I want to access/manage
my MS Office Suite users. I have 50 licenses available. How can I stop
users from getting into TS when I reach the 50 user limit?

There isn't an easy way, AFAIK :-)
What Lanwench meant with "it isn't based on simultaneous usage" is
that it isn't enough to make sure that you have a maximum of 50
users running Office at the same time, because Office licenses are
per device, not per user.
So to be compliant, you would have to select 50 specific clients,
and only allow access to Office from those clients, irrespective of
which users are connecting from those clients.

One way to achieve this could be to run a script which checks the
%clientname% variable against a list of allowed clients, and start
Office from that script.
Clumsy, I agree. Office licensing seems to assume that, sooner or
later, Office will be used from every client, meaning that you
simply are supposed to buy as many Office licenses as you have
clients. For most organisations, this is probably true, but it
would be nice if there was a way to be compliant with the EULA even
if not every client runs Office.
