Continued failure of important security update

Can anyone tell me why the new security update KB941644 regarding a TCPIP
vulnerability fails every time I try to install it? It is an automatically
attempted update. I have also tried to update it myself - same result. Can
anyone advise me regarding this?

Usually failure to install indicates malware on your computer. Do you have an
up-to-date anti-malware program? What exact error message are you getting?

Can you go to http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/whatsnew.htm and
scan your computer with the OneCare online scanner?

Hello ECP,

Do a manual visit to Windows Update with Internet Explorer.

[ Start > Windows Update or open IE, click Tools, Windows Update ]

When the installations fail, close IE.
Now go to Start > Run > type in

%windir%\windowsupdate.log

Click OK or press Enter

Please post the last 50 or so lines of the WindowsUpdate.log
