Hi
For the last few days ive been getting a constant error report on my desktop asking to send the details to microsoft. Literally happens about eveery 5 minutes, closes most of what i am doing unless im using google chrome. Even in games it'll go back to the desktop then i wont be able to load the game again from the taskbar or close it from the previous session. If im searching through files on my computer i.e. my documents or the control panel it will close that aswell.
I've ran norton and other virus scanner's and cant find a thing as of yet, although i do get messages from norton that it keeps detecting the trojan.gen.2 virus but says my computer is secure?
heres the error code it keeps wanting to send:
C:\users\Brello\AppData\Microsoft\Windows\reportque\appcrash_explorer.exe_a0e0b31d2dcdcea83f2ecd49e0ade9f6aaa077_cab_1507b460\WERAEb7.tm
Any ideas on how to fix it or if it is infact a virus?
P.s. Ive tried changing settings in the action centre to not report problems but it'll still glitch as if it is about to ask to send details. I run windows 8 aswell.
