Confused?

Just got back in from work and noticed a few things that I'm sure that
are wrong.

1. Personalize window wont work -*right-click function* -a white window
quickly opens and closes-
2. Control Panel icons don't seem to have those 'quick links' anymore
but only just the icons themselves alone --if that makes sense.-

Just found out that most of my programs *VISTA* don't seem to pop up
either. But by the look of things, no one here is going to help so
thanks anyway.

Well with that attitude maybe NOBODY will help
