Configuration section system.serviceModel.activation already exists in c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Config\machine.config. This error message can result from the computer coming out of standby mode.
My computer is HP Compaq dx2000 MT PC. After I changed CMOS setup information in BIOS "Power Management" setting from: ACPI Standby State S3 (STR) to S1/POS
ower on Suspend the error message disappeared. Now when my PC come out of System Standby there is no error message.
