Hello, I have a Samsung r700 laptop and have re-installed windows (following a crash) from rescue disc-all, ok there, but when I install drivers from samsung media disc they load (after a long while) and I am then asked to re-boot then press finish button.
I do that and laptop says shutting down and then it seems try to start up. I then have a grey screen but even after 12 hours nothing happens. I then switched off and can only start back up in safe mode.
Any ideas how I can fix this.
