When I shut down my computer last night is started installing the latest updates. It got to 4 of 7 and after 12 hours is still on 4 or 7. I tried to shut down the computer and it won't shut down. It is a laptop and I and I have unplugged it and am waiting for the battery to run down. Is there a better way???
