Dear community,
after speaking to some people I'm asking this question which is far more general than my previous one:

The end user license agreement for Personal Use License seems to allow some kind of commercial use: "If you are using the software as an operating system for commercial use, you may not license more than five copies of the software for such commercial use in total".
For example, running as an additional operating system on a local virtual machine or a separate partition seems that it might not be limited by "personal use".
Can someone please explain what commercial uses are allowed?
Microsoft licensing/legal department was very unhelpful.
